The studio is located in the Lincoln Warehouse in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. 2018 S 1st Street Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53207. Go up to the 3rd floor to Suite #322. We are just down the small hallway to the left of #324.
Yes! Parking is free! You will want to park in the parking lot on the NW side of the building — directly across from Bridgewater Restaurant which is along the river.

We have a maximum capacity of 20 for small events and workshops. Additional fees apply for all events. Please contact us before booking to discuss.
It’s important to us to keep things as customizable and affordable as possible! We offer the space with a 1 hour booking minimum and offer time increments all the way up to a full day (10 hours).
We have 3 rolls of backdrops at the studio. The Green Room photo studio always features a solid white backdrop, and we rotate through two different colored paper rolls. If you'd like to know the current colors, please reach out to us. We also have an 8ft backdrop available for those who want to bring their own specific paper backdrops or drape fabric. Reach out to let us know before booking.
Yes! All pets must be approved by owners and are an additional fee per pet. Please contact us Ren@foto-29.com before booking for approval.
For harsh, directional warm lighting from the east, it is best to shoot in the morning before ~9/10am. For soft/cool lighting and overall consistent lighting shoot anytime after ~10/11am.
Yes — there is access to a service elevator. Elevator instructions are provided in our welcome packet upon booking.
Yes. All renters will receive the wifi code once you book the space as well as how to access the Bluetooth speakers in the studio.
Yes. Please wipe down any surfaces that you set food on. Disinfectant cleaning supplies are provided for you. Please take out the garbage behind you, thank you!
Yes! We have great heat and a small in-window air conditioning unit. Because we are heavily focused on our LIVE PLANTS the studio is kept cozy & warm. During the spring/summer you are welcome to adjust the fans, turn up the AC, and open the east-facing windows during your session as long as the temperature is returned to 70 degrees once you are done.
